Our Tall Fescue blend has lush dark green color and finer blade width. It has superior drought tolerance, requiring 30-50% less water than other grass types. It will establish deep roots, making it durable and resistant to wear and also is naturally insect resistant. It will rebound well from summer heat and allow you to use less pesticides, water, and fertilizer while still achieving a great looking lawn.

NO returns on bulk material and natural stone. There is a limited return on pavers and retaining wall block, see our team for a full breakdown.

Two shipping methods available Dump truck or Flatbed.

Bulk soils, sands, and gravels have a maximum truck load of 8 cubic yards.

Bulk mulches have a maximum truck load of 20 cubic yards.

Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

Zone 1 (0-7 mi.) purchase minimum is $100 for a dump truck and $200 for a flatbed.

Zone 2 (8-15 mi.) purchase minimum is $100 for a dump truck and $200 for a flatbed.

Zone 3 (16-25 mi.) purchase minimum is $200 for a dump truck and $300 for a flatbed.

Zone 4 (26-35 mi.) purchase minimum is $300 for a dump truck and $400 for a flatbed.

Zone 5 (35-50 mi.) purchase minimum is $400 for a dump truck and $500 for a flatbed.
